If you have 100 sub-domains with your package, ask the administrator to reduce it to 5 until you require additional. Thus, you can benefit from the extraordinary feature-rich cPanel interface and won’t need to deal with the crap that comes all along with it.
There is so much helpful advancements in using this interface, that the sub-domain problem shouldn’t be a deterrent to using it. It is certainly the most excellent system on the market.

people need to know about this!
my first host didn’t provide this kind of cpanel. I was interested in a e-commerce system. I didn’t know anything about this cpanel. I couldn’t install the e-commerce system. (it was yahoo! webhost)
Somehow, I found cpanel and a friend also taught me about this cpanel and everything. I quitted the host right away and moved to my local webhost. Until now, it runs smooth and i can install and try some important stuff in fantastico.
Cpanel was confusing at first time…it was like ‘dangerous’ panels that if i clicked one of them, my web would be deleted. But it was ok and fun…
And REALLY, not all webhost provide cpanel and fantastico!
